What happens next

Three steps, no pressure

We reply within two working days

A principal reads every enquiry. You will hear back from a person, not an autoresponder.

A first conversation, then a site visit

Thirty minutes on the phone or in the studio to understand the brief, then a visit to the site or the space.

A written proposal

Scope, phases, fee and programme in writing. If it is not the right fit, we will say so and suggest who might be.
